When I moved to Indiana some years ago my Ohio agent recommended Angie Sutton to me I was excited to use her because we did have the same last name despite us not being related believe it or not Angie and her team have such great customer service they feel like family. When you need to use your agent it's not normally a great time (car accident etc) but Angie's team makes the experience as close to stress free as possible. Each and ever one of them go above and beyone for customer service, from being proactive to simply reaching out to make sure that the parts of the process they do not control are running smoothly. I would say like a good neighbor state farm is there but with Angie and her team they are more than a good neighbor.
